Theophilus is a Bachelor’s degree holder in the field of Physiotherapy, with a diploma in Football Medicine.
He’s registered and licensed with the Physiotherapy Council of Kenya (PCK) and Kenya Society of Physiotherapists (KSP), fully knowledgeable in prevention, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, evaluation and education in the physiotherapy field.
Wide knowledge and experience in the management of orthopaedic, neuro, cardiopulmonary, paediatrics, women health and gerontology among others. He has worked in both ICU, HDU, Inpatient and outpatient departments among others, attending to many patients. he is also the author and editor for the “My Health” page on this website.
His focus is to bring the difference in patient management with a focus on evidence-based management.
